From 4–6 September the whole family can enjoy themselves during Trysil’s Family Weekend!

There’s something for everyone, young and old. The Family Weekend in Trysil will offer lots of extra-special fun and great experiences.

The real highlights include the Trysil 1132 Mountain March, the Trysil 1132 Top Ride and a concert by Alexander Rybak. The entire weekend is packed with exciting activities!

There will also be many spectacular experiences for you to enjoy during the rest of the weekend. Take a trip down the Trysil River and feel the excitement as you take part in a family rafting session, or how about becoming your family’s golfing champion? If it’s more speed and excitement you’re after, we recommend cross-country husky trips (husky cross).

Why not try your hand at one of the district’s oldest dance traditions at a ‘bjønndans’ (a dance ritual traditionally performed after hunters had slain a bear) course, where you’re guaranteed to use muscles you didn’t even know you had! We also offer a children’s climbing day and pony riding too. Come and make the most of the weekend in Trysil!
